Candidates should have a proven track record in one or more of the following technical areas, and should be ready to work collaboratively in a virtual office environment.

• Solutions‑driven Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) professionals
• System experts holding Cisco CCDP or CCIE credentials
• Consultants for advanced system design specializing in mobile connectivity, wireless integration, high‑availability environments, business continuity planning, data preservation, and server virtualization
• Workstation support technicians with hands‑on experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues
• Remote troubleshooting professionals experienced with virtual support tools and remote access technology
• CISSP or CISA certified security professionals with a focus on network and endpoint security
• Veteran managers and administrators skilled in leading teams in a high‑growth, virtual workspace
• Independent contractors certified by Progent who can supply professional services for line‑of‑business solutions such as Manufacturing Resource Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning, or Customer Relationship Management systems
• Specialists proficient in Linux derivatives, Macintosh, or Solaris operating systems and capable of providing top‑tier assistance in areas such as telecommunications, web design, electronic data interchange (EDI), web commerce, or database management
