Clevanoo LLC is seeking a Sales Staffing / Business Development Manager to drive growth in IT staffing partnerships. This role is remote and focuses on building long-term relationships with IT hiring managers and expanding both new and existing accounts.

You will collaborate with clients to define staffing needs, represent Clevanoo LLC as a trusted partner for contract and permanent placements, and navigate monthly commissions tied to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of account sales experience in IT staffing or related fields.
• Demonstrated, long-term relationships with IT hiring managers.
• 5–10+ years of experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Proven ability to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with IT hiring managers.
• Represent Clevanoo LLC as a trusted staffing partner for IT contract and permanent placements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to obtain job descriptions and staffing requirements.
• Support vendor management processes until approved vendor status is achieved.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Drive revenue growth and benefit from monthly recurring commissions.
