Job summary

Eliassen Group in the Richmond, VA area is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in a remote, national setting. You will identify prospects, build relationships with key decision makers, and make placements while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This role offers a base salary range of $60,000–$85,000 plus a competitive commission plan; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and parental leave eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of selling IT staffing solutions with a focus on hunting and developing new business.
• Experience in a staffing agency environment within the past 3 years.
• Ability to work with recruiters to convey requirements and client control.
• Collaborative with other divisions to cross-sell services.

Responsibilities

• Close business opportunities by identifying prospects, building relationships, recommending solutions and making placements.
• Exceed minimum activity metrics including calls and visits as outlined by management.
• Qualify each req accurately and convey details to recruiters.
• Cross-sell Eliassen Group services across divisions and contribute as a strong team player.
