Eliassen Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales and build long-term client relationships. This remote role targets the Richmond, VA area, with a focus on identifying prospects, presenting staffing solutions, and closing placements.

You will collaborate with recruiters and cross-sell multiple service lines, leveraging your energy and urgency to exceed activity targets and grow the business. A competitive commission structure complements the base salary.

Qualifications

• You live to sell and have a proven track record of selling IT Staffing Solutions.
• Experience in a staffing agency environment within the past 3 years.
• Ability to work effectively with recruiters to relay requirements and control client expectations.
• Collaborate with other divisions to cross-sell services and uphold professional standards.
• High energy with a strong sense of urgency and ability to develop repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Close business opportunities by identifying prospects, building relationships, recommending solutions, and placements.
• Exceed minimum activity metrics (calls/visits) as set by your manager.
• Qualify each req accurately and relay details to recruiters.
• Cross-sell Eliassen Group services by understanding differentiators and value.
