Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an Account Executive to operate remotely in the Richmond, VA area. You will identify prospects, build relationships with decision makers, and place candidates while driving growth in our staffing and consulting services.

You bring a proven track record in IT staffing sales, experience in staffing agencies, strong prospecting and closing skills, and the ability to cross-sell across divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience selling IT staffing solutions.
• 3+ years in a staffing agency environment.
• Ability to work with recruiters to convey requirements.
• Cross-sell across divisions including Life Sciences.
• High energy with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Close opportunities by identifying prospects and making placements.
• Meet or exceed activity metrics including calls and visits.
• Qualify requisitions and relay details to recruiters.
• Cross-sell Eliassen Group services across divisions.
