Dayton Roger's Contract is seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team. This remote role focuses on maintaining our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks, to support business operations.

You will work with colleagues across departments to implement technology solutions and ensure data security. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of IT experience, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is required.
3+ years of IT support or related experience is expected.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
Experience with security, backups, and disaster recovery is a plus.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSA are beneficial.

Responsibilities
