Job summary

Dayton Roger's is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide technical support for our systems in a remote-capable, full-time role. You will install, configure, and maintain computer networks and stay current with evolving technologies.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, document configurations, and collaborate with colleagues to improve IT solutions while ensuring security and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Familiarity with Windows and MacOS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
