Job summary

First Quality is seeking an IT Solution Architect for OTC, working remotely. The role designs technical solutions to transform Order to Cash processes and align with ERP implementations (SAP) across business domains.

The candidate will develop a 3‑year strategic technical roadmap, create architecture documents, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable IT services while ensuring proper training and post‑go-live support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience supporting OTC processes and SAP/Qlik/PowerBI.
• 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience across process, technology, people and data.
• 5+ years of solution engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience or exposure.
• 5+ years of CPG manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Design high‑level IT solutions and reference architectures for OTC processes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop program and project plans.
• Handover designs to IT Build/Engineering for detailed implementation.
• Develop implementation guidelines and build standards for IT services.
• Provide post‑project hyper‑care support and service design plans.
