Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a highly qualified IT Solution Architect for Order-to-Cash Systems to spearhead the transformation of the OTC technology landscape. You will lead a team of SAP experts, align IT and business strategy, and ensure seamless integration across supply chain processes.

The role requires extensive SAP OTC experience, end-to-end process knowledge, and the ability to drive design, delivery, and support in a DevOps framework within a global IT organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of practical experience working with SAP OTC modules related to sales, specifically SAP SD and LE, SAP GTS or trade compliance processes.
• Understanding of OTC end-to-end flows and integration between OTC/RTR/RTP and PTP Streams.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end SAP sales (OTC) solutions and enhancements.
• Ability to temporarily lead teams of 5 members in agile projects.
• Exposure to S/4 and ECC is an advantage; S/4 Certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Align OTC system initiatives with the broader IT OTC landscape by creating technical designs from requirements.
• Lead agile teams of IT sales or Logistic Execution experts to implement design and support solutions.
• Support roadmap creation for sales systems (SAP ECC) to ensure scalability and innovation.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements within OTC technologies and processes using process tools like SAP Signavio.
• Coordinate with IT PMO on end-of-life transitions to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with Project Managers as a technical liaison between vendors and internal teams.
