Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Sr Project Manager – IT Site Builds to lead IT deliverables for new site builds, relocations, and expansions.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure & Operations, Facilities, Construction, Security, End User Services, Procurement, OCIO and vendors, reporting to the Director of IT Programs. You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate multi-workstream teams (network, data centers, UCaaS, cabling, and end-user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; IT/Engineering/related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project delivery for site builds, expansions, relocations and retrofits.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with IT, Facilities, Construction, Security, Procurement and vendors.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes; drive mitigation plans to resolution.
• Ensure deployments adhere to enterprise standards, governance, and turnover activities.
