Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. seeks a Sr IT Project Manager – Site Builds to lead IT deliverables for new site builds, relocations, and expansions across the United States.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and drive milestones in partnership with Facilities, Construction, Security, and Procurement. Responsibilities include risk management, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and ensuring go-live readiness with governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with IT/engineering focus.
• 5+ years PM experience in IT infrastructure or site deployment.
• Strong communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience coordinating network, data center, UCaaS, cabling, or end-user tech projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project delivery for site builds, relocations, and expansions.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, resources, risks, and readiness checkpoints.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet milestones.
• Manage budgets, POs, quotes, and change control; drive issue resolution.
• Ensure security, governance, and operational handover readiness.
