Job summary

MKS Instruments is seeking a Test Engineer to join our global team. You will work with senior engineers and technicians to deploy and document automated test systems across service sites, coordinating multiple initiatives and ensuring on-time deliverables.

You will support test hardware, software, and fixtures, developing scripts and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable successful deployments and product transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related experience in test engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical projects with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate multiple global test projects and deployments.
• Work with support engineers and technicians to troubleshoot test issues.
• Verify and validate test systems before deployment for reliability.
• Document test station hardware changes and on-site upgrades.
• Develop and update test software, scripts, and station documentation.
• Build and improve test fixtures and participate in new product TE support.
