Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Analyst to partner with IT infrastructure teams and support our global end user base. You will troubleshoot, document, and resolve end-user issues, train customers, and maintain local asset inventory in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to the Senior IT Manager of Field Services Americas and requires up to 10% travel between local and regional sites. Excellent communication and Windows/Office 365 expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• 4+ years of onsite end-user IT support experience; related certifications are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365 and enterprise IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate IT support requests within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, document, and resolve issues across endpoints.
• Train users on IT processes and procedures.
• Manage and maintain local asset inventory and inventory records.
• Act as Smart Hands for IT tasks and project support.
