MKS Instruments seeks an Infrastructure Sr Project Manager - IT Site Builds to lead IT deliverables for new site builds, relocations, and expansions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure or similar programs.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge practices when needed.
• Experience with network/wireless deployments, data center readiness, UCaaS, structured cabling, telecom, and end-user tech deployment.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, risk, issue, change control, governance, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and third-party vendors in deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency with PM tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project delivery for new site builds, expansions, relocations, and retrofit projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and readiness checkpoints across IT workstreams.
• Serve as primary IT project lead coordinating cross-functional delivery with multiple teams and vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, reviews, issue resolution, leadership updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Support project budget development, PO coordination, vendor quotes, SOWs, and delivery tracking.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and changes; drive mitigations.
• Ensure deployments adhere to enterprise architecture, security, governance, and service transition requirements.
• Coordinate readiness and go-live activities, including hypercare, handoff, and lessons learned.
• Travel up to 20% may be required.
