Job summary

MKS Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure Sr Project Manager – IT Site Builds to lead cross‑functional IT deliverables for new site builds, expansions, relocations, and modifications.

You will report to the Director of IT Programs and drive planning, coordination, and execution across network, data center, UCaaS, cabling, and end‑user compute workstreams. The role emphasizes project leadership, stakeholder communication, risk management, and on‑time delivery within enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management in IT infrastructure/workplace tech.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project delivery for site builds, relocations, and retrofits.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules, and readiness checkpoints across IT workstreams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with Infrastructure, Security, Facilities, and Vendors.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and stakeholder communications on milestones and risks.
• Support budget forecasting, PO coordination, and cost performance tracking.
• Manage risks, issues, decisions, and change control throughout projects.
• Ensure deployments follow enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Coordinate go‑live transitions, hypercare, and post‑project reviews.
