Job summary

CyberSheath is seeking a Service Dispatch Coordinator to maximize resource utilization by managing service requests from clients. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is fully remote, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time. The budgeted pay range is between $45,000 and $65,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong telephone skills and active listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules of remote and field technical resources.
• Create and assign service requests via phone and email.
• Ensure communication with customers on incident progress.
• Monitor open service tickets and escalate as necessary.
• Report utilization of IT Support resources.
