Job summary

TTEC is seeking an IT Service Desk & Systems Administration Associate to work remotely in the United States. This role focuses on provisioning, access management, and technical support while driving Incident, Problem, and Change Management across the Public Sector IT organization.

You will handle day-to-day IT support, restore services, and identify root causes to implement IT solutions. You will report to the Service Desk Manager and help resolve associates’ technical issues, delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years IT support experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and Windows.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes.
• Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
