Qualifikationen

• Comfortable working independently in a remote or flexible setup.

Aufgaben

• Create and publish job postings across recruitment platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Evaluate candidates based on role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and candidate status reports to the team.
• Coordinate and attend recruitment-related meetings.
