Job summary

Software Muskets is seeking a proactive IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team, responsible for hiring technical professionals for software developers, engineers, and other IT roles. This remote, full-time role requires strong sourcing, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple openings end-to-end—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome; MBA in HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR / Human Resource Management.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior IT recruitment experience is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of software development roles and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and software development positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Understand technical job descriptions (JDs) and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate technical interviews with candidates, internal technical teams, and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and hiring priorities.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
