RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview prep, offer negotiation)
• Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidate fit
• Manage candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
• Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., developers, cloud, data, DevOps)
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or agency environments
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
