Spektra Systems LLC is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This remote role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates for technical and non-technical positions, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruitment, with hands-on use of Naukri, LinkedIn and Zoho Recruit, plus familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools. Remote across India with potential future onsite transition.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in recruitment, handling technical and non-technical roles.
Experience hiring for Sales and Marketing roles.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or other ATS/recruitment software.
Exposure to AI tools for sourcing, screening, and improving recruitment workflows.
Good knowledge of different sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring teams.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.
Handle hiring for technical and non-technical roles including Sales and Marketing.
Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Maintain candidate and interview details in the ATS.
Participate in campus drives and recruitment events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Track open positions and hiring progress.
