Spektra Systems LLC is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This remote role focuses on sourcing and screening candidates for technical and non-technical positions, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruitment, with hands-on use of Naukri, LinkedIn and Zoho Recruit, plus familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools. Remote across India with potential future onsite transition.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, handling technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience hiring for Sales and Marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or other ATS/recruitment software.
• Exposure to AI tools for sourcing, screening, and improving recruitment workflows.
• Good knowledge of different sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role

Spektra Systems is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The person will be responsible for handling recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. Role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a good candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring teams.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Handle hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, including Sales and Marketing positions.
• Conduct initial screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate and interview details in Zoho Recruit ATS.
• Participate in campus drives and other recruitment activities.
• Maintain a good candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Keep track of open positions and hiring progress.
• Stay updated with new recruitment tools, AI tools, and sourcing methods.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with experience handling technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience in hiring for Sales and Marketing roles.
