Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience making successful placements with Indian employers across IT, non-IT, product, or startup roles.
• Experience as an independent recruiter, recruitment consultant, boutique agency, freelance talent acquisition specialist, or split-fee recruitment partner.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills with the ability to identify qualified candidates quickly across functions, seniority levels, and industries.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates across IT, non-IT, product, and startup roles in India.
• Screen and evaluate applicants against job requirements, compensation expectations, notice periods, and overall suitability.
• Submit relevant, well-screened candidate profiles within 48 hours of receiving a job order.
