Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TSA Suitability.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Experience in enterprise or federal IT project management.
• Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate across technical, operational, government, and contractor stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain accurate project records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage assigned IT projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate project activities with TSA, Leidos, service owners, technical teams, and partner stakeholders.
• Track project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, costs, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status information in approved systems of record.
• Coordinate project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify project risks and issues and coordinate mitigation and resolution activities.
• Monitor project performance and communicate status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to appropriate stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and activities across Service Desk, Desktop Support, Asset Management, ServiceNow, WebEOC, infrastructure, and other service teams.
• Support IMAC, deployment, technology refresh, transition, implementation, and other IT initiatives as assigned.
• Ensure project activities comply with approved TSA processes, procedures, and controls.
• Support operational readiness, transition, knowledge transfer, acceptance, and post-implementation activities.
• Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
