Job summary

Leidos is pursuing qualified professionals to support the TSA FOCUS Program. The IT Governance & Service Management role provides centralized governance and oversight across the FOCUS IT service environment, coordinating with TSA stakeholders and functional teams to ensure auditable, compliant service delivery.

Remote work is allowed with onsite presence as required by program leadership; and the role emphasizes governance, performance monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Requires BA degree or higher with relevant IT/PMO experience.
• Experience in IT governance, service management, and program management within enterprise or federal IT environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management and governance frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance processes, reporting, and management controls for FOCUS IT service delivery.
• Monitor SLA metrics, Grade of Service trends, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate governance reviews with TSA, program leadership, service owners, and stakeholders.
• Maintain risk/issue/dependency registers and coordinate mitigation actions.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across service areas.
• Develop dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings for leadership.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and service delivery enhancements.
• Support audit readiness and ensure information is recorded in approved systems.
