Intone Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master for a 12-month contract to support large-scale infrastructure and development initiatives in a remote capacity.

The role requires coordinating inter-departmental projects with minimal supervision and ensuring objectives are met within time and budget. You will plan, direct and coordinate activities, structure workstreams, lead distributed teams, and apply Scrum practices including planning, risk and budget management.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years leading large IT projects and Scrum implementations.
• Proven ability to structure work into multiple streams and manage several IT projects concurrently.
• Strong command of project management and Scrum tools, with vendor management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.

Aufgaben

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of large, long-term inter-departmental projects.
• Manage complex IT initiatives to meet timeframes and budget constraints.
• Structure work into streams within large projects and oversee multiple IT projects concurrently.
• Lead and manage large teams with members in multiple locations.
• Apply project management and Scrum methodologies including planning, risk management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Manage software and SaaS acquisition processes and RFPs.
• Develop and manage Jira boards and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships.
• Communicate project status and requirements at all levels, including Executive leadership.
• Build and maintain strong team relationships in a trusting environment.
