Job summary

Intone Inc. is seeking a Project Manager/Scrum Master for a 12-month contract to support large-scale infrastructure and development initiatives in a remote capacity.

The role requires coordinating inter-departmental projects with minimal supervision and ensuring objectives are met within time and budget. You will plan, direct and coordinate activities, structure workstreams, lead distributed teams, and apply Scrum practices including planning, risk and budget management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years leading large IT projects and Scrum implementations.
• Proven ability to structure work into multiple streams and manage several IT projects concurrently.
• Strong command of project management and Scrum tools, with vendor management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Required
  • At least 5 years of hands-on project management and Scrum Master experience managing complex IT efforts
  • Demonstrated experience structuring work into workstreams and managing multiple IT projects concurrently
  • Strong applied use of project management and Scrum tools and techniques
  • Experience with vendor contracts and vendor management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to represent work and communicate across all organizational levels
  • Experience in a retail environment
• Preferred
  • Experience with Cloud Data Platforms supporting Marketing, Customer Analytics, and Personalization in an omni-channel retail environment
