Job summary

Optimal Networks is seeking a Canyon Point Project Manager to oversee delivery across IT projects within a hybrid, multi-site environment. You will guide planning, execution, and client communications, coordinating with third-party vendors to ensure projects meet expectations.

The role requires 3+ years in IT project delivery and MSP experience, plus strong communication and documentation skills. This position supports hybrid work with 2 days per week in Rockville, MD offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT project delivery experience in a project management capacity.
• 3+ years MSP experience, preferably in project-related roles.
• Experience working remotely with support teams via phone, email, and chat tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project scoping including task effort assessment and equipment specifications.
• Assign responsibilities and manage a portfolio of active projects.
• Coordinate scheduling, monitoring, and communication for all stakeholders.
• Lead internal and client meetings and ensure information is communicated clearly.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and current.
• Apply Canyon Point project methodology and track KPIs.
• Collaborate with support teams to reflect changes in documentation.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
