Job summary

MIS Solutions is seeking an organized Project Manager to oversee client technology projects from kickoff to completion in Cincinnati. The role is hybrid with a base salary and performance-based bonus.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams including vCIOs, CTO, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction. The candidate should have 2+ years in project management within MSP/IT services, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, MSP, IT services, or technology experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, hardware, and/or other technology solutions.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and non-technical clients.
• Ability to hold team members, vendors, and stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with project management or PSA platforms preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
• Project Management Certification is preferred (PMP, CAPM, CSM).

Responsibilities

• Own all project-related communication with the client's primary point of contact (POC).
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deadlines.
• Coordinate technical resources, vendors, and project dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays, and roadblocks.
• Maintain project documentation from initiation through completion.
• Lead project completion meetings with leadership and teams.
