Job summary

Tusker is seeking a Project Manager (Client Delivery) to lead client-facing IT initiatives from kickoff through successful delivery in a hybrid setting across Hudson, MA and Downers Grove, IL.

You will manage plans, budgets, milestones, and cross-functional teams, while maintaining client satisfaction and governance. A strong background in MSP or professional services and PMP/CAPM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years managing client-facing IT projects in MSP/consulting/professional services.
• End-to-end project ownership with strong client satisfaction focus.
• Experience with mid-market and enterprise clients preferred.
• Background at an IT solution provider (MSP/VAR) strongly preferred.
• PMP/CAPM or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.
• Smartsheet proficiency and MS Office skills.

What You\'ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and guiding stakeholders through key decisions.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners to drive execution and keep projects moving forward.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes while maintaining project momentum and accountability.
• Facilitate project governance through status reporting, issue resolution, and change management processes.
• Oversee client onboarding and the seamless transition of completed projects into managed services support.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual commitments, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate project data to support forecasting, resource planning, utilization, and portfolio reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement by contributing to project management best practices, tools, and delivery methodologies.

• Background working for an IT solution provider, Managed Service Provider (MSP), VAR, or similar technology organization strongly preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools, particularly Smartsheet.

Compensation -- From 80,000 base + bonus
