Job summary

Solvere One seeks an MSP Project Manager to oversee multiple client projects and ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction. Travel within Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area is required, with interactions across clients and vendors.

The role reports to the CTO and requires strong MSP knowledge, Microsoft 365, and cloud/SaaS experience. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits including 401K and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Understanding of MSP model and MSP project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with business partners and vendors to understand project needs and resolve gaps or risks/issues.
• Ensure client and partner expectations are met or exceeded on all projects.
• Prepare and deliver client communications, both verbally and written, regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders.
• Review and generate project proposals based on the provided scope.
• Workflow and thorough documentation of events via PSA platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and to client satisfaction across MSP engagements.
• Interact with clients in various capacities and travel within Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area.
• Report to the CTO and maintain professional communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to align scope, risks, and deliverables.
• Document project events and milestones in PSA platforms.

Opening

Solvere Oneis seeking highly qualified MSP Project Manager candidates to provide project management to clients. The duties of this role include ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the clients’ satisfaction. MSP Project Managers are experienced IT professionals and are expected to be able to manage multiple active projects. Projects range in duration from one day to multiple months.

Employees will be expected to interact with clients in various capacities and are required to travel within Northern Virginia and the DC Metro area. Professionalism and courteousness are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.

Highly qualified candidates will be self-starters, highly motivated, and eager to contribute to the organization's well-being while operating in a fast-paced environment.

This role reports to the CTO.

Position Requirements:
