This role is hybrid, with responsibilities spanning planning, resource coordination, timelines, and client communication to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years in MSP/project management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with both technical teams and non-technical clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in MSP/IT services.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and hardware.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from initial planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deadlines.
• Coordinate technical resources, vendors, and project dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays, and roadblocks.
• Escalate resource or timeline issues when necessary.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Own all project documentation from initiation through completion.
• Lead project completion meetings with leadership and technical teams.
