Brooksource is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives in a highly regulated environment. This remote, contract role offers potential for extension and eventual full-time employment.

Compensation ranges from $50 to $55 per hour. In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in large enterprises.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
• Strong vendor, budget, contract, and financial management capabilities.
• Knowledge of SAP and enterprise business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for technology and business initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive accountability with implementation partners and resolve issues impacting delivery.
• Track project financials including budgets, invoices, contract spend, and POs.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and governance in a regulated environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Monitor and report project progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure delivery.
