Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, contracts, and project financials.
• Working knowledge of SAP and enterprise business processes.
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and balance multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for technology and business initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, budgets, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive accountability with implementation partners and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery.
• Track project financials, including budgets, invoices, contract spend, and purchase orders.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and governance activities within a regulated environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and report on project progress to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful delivery.
