Responsibilities

• Lead complex CRM and digital transformation initiatives from intake to closeout.
• Coordinate requirements, designs, and governance with multiple teams.
• Develop detailed IT work plans, risk assessments, and RAID logs.
• Produce executive reporting on delivery status and value realization.
