Straz Center for the Performing Arts in Tampa, FL is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology initiatives across infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital transformation. This individual will steer projects from initiation to deployment, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid PM methods.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT and enterprise technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, communication plans, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate internal departments, external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Support organizational change management, user adoption, testing, training, and successful solution deployment.
• Establish and continuously improve project management standards, documentation, templates, and best practices.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, data utilization, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support strategic technology planning, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise project portfolio management.
