You will establish project governance, drive execution across multiple workstreams, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and provide executive visibility throughout a complex program.

The role requires a track record of CRM transformation, strong governance, and hands-on leadership to create structure and momentum.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project or program management experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience leading large-scale CRM transformation and implementation efforts.
• Strong governance experience with executive reporting and risk frameworks.
• Ability to create structure and execution discipline in ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and implementation partners.
• Understanding of enterprise integrations, customer data platforms, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, steering committees, executive reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Develop, manage, and communicate an integrated project plan across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, architecture, and data stakeholders.
• Manage implementation partners and external vendors to ensure delivery objectives are met.
• Track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID) and drive resolution.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to sponsors and leadership teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and change management activities throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business leaders to support customer data transformation efforts.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines remain on track.
