Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project/Program Management experience on large cross-functional IT initiatives.
• 0
• 3+ years managing full lifecycle SAFe/Agile projects including strategy and implementation.
• 1+ year of people management experience overseeing PMs/Coordinators.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management (planning, forecasting, budgeting, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and spend-to-plan reporting.
• Drives cross-functional teams in delivery of high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Lead and manage IT projects including software, cloud migrations, data migrations with scope, time, and budget.
• Develop strong business knowledge of assigned portfolios/products and coordinate resources across lifecycle.
• Create detailed program master schedules and promote cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee PMO junior resources and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor compliance with processes, plans, and budgets; influence resource allocation.
• Prepare and deliver dashboards and reports to sponsors and leadership.
• Track budgets/variance and take corrective actions; promote process improvements.
• Lead methodologies and promote continuous process improvement across projects.
