Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.

The ideal candidate has Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience across core Epic applications, translating complex business needs into efficient workflows and delivering high-visibility projects with strong stakeholder engagement.

• Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience with core Epic modules.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined workflows.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives.
• Lead project activities and provide technical direction to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
• Mentor IT staff and drive adoption of new systems and processes.
