Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking an IT Product Manager for Blue Yonder WMS, focusing on strategy, implementation, and ongoing evolution of client-based warehouse solutions. This role requires a strong technical foundation within the Blue Yonder ecosystem and collaboration with partners to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will lead enterprise deployments, manage roadmaps, and engage executives, operations, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Blue Yonder WMS experience (formerly JDA/RedPrairie).
• 5+ years leading enterprise software implementations or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain execution processes.
• Experience working with implementation partners, consultants, and external vendors.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of Blue Yonder WMS initiatives, including new implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement.
• Provide oversight to external implementation partners to ensure quality delivery and technical excellence.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, governance frameworks, standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Act as SME for Blue Yonder WMS initiatives across the organization.
• Partner with operations and business leaders to evaluate requirements and develop scalable WM solutions.
• Lead project planning, governance, risk management, and escalation across multiple initiatives.
• Review and challenge technical design decisions and integration approaches.
• Guide solution architecture discussions for Blue Yonder WMS functionality, integrations, testing, deployment, and support.
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
• Facilitate customer workshops and executive status updates.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams, operations, vendors, and partners throughout project execution.
