Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks an Enterprise Technical Architect (WMS) to lead technical design and implementation of warehouse management solutions across the Americas. The role focuses on designing best-in-class WMS architectures using Blue Yonder products and guiding integration with customers and vendors.

You will act as the technical liaison among customers, project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure timely delivery and value realization on complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of WMS experience with Blue Yonder.
• End-to-end WMS implementations from design to deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and implement Blue Yonder WMS solutions for customers.
• Lead technical and integration design with vendors.
• Guide system integration, UAT, and deployment phases for smooth transitions.
• Balance scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure value and satisfaction.
• Assess non-standard needs and analyze integration complexity and roadmaps.
• Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers.
