Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks an Enterprise Technical Architect (WMS) to lead technical design and delivery of Warehouse Management solutions across the Americas. This role focuses on architecture, integrations, and customer collaboration to ensure successful deployments and ongoing value.

The candidate brings extensive WMS experience, API proficiency, and cloud/SaaS knowledge to guide projects from blueprint to steady-state support.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years with WMS solutions and implementations.
• Experience with ERP/host integrations to WMS.
• Experience with APIs and cloud-based SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of WMS solutions for customers.
• Coordinate technical activities and RAID logs for deployments.
• Mentor junior team members and manage stakeholder communication.
• Analyze root causes and provide workarounds for product issues.
