- Act as the primary subject matter expert for Blue Yonder WMS-related initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with operational and business leaders to evaluate requirements and develop scalable warehouse management solutions.
- Lead project planning, governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.

- Evaluate operational requirements and translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
- Assess process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that balance business value, maintainability, and long-term scalability.

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution environments, and supply chain execution processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with implementation partners, consultants, and external vendors.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams, operational stakeholders, customers, and executive leadership.
