Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a senior IT professional to manage the full lifecycle of software products like Blue Yonder WMS, TMS, and BI. You will drive strategic planning, product management, and implementation while collaborating with customers and internal teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

The role requires leading diverse teams, presenting to executives, and travel to support customer needs. A strong background in WMS and project management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of Warehouse Management System experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Blue Yonder WMS experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading software implementations or programs.
• Experience managing external contractors and partners.
• PMP certification or equivalent PM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of WMS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and improvements.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, standards, and governance for products and projects.
• Lead contractor-led teams, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Serve as primary SME for Blue Yonder WMS implementation activities.
• Manage project resourcing, budgets, and training requirements.
• Report project status, risks, issues, and milestones to IT leadership and executives.
• Lead governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and customer stakeholders.
