Toppan Merrill LLC in Minnesota is seeking a strategic and results-driven IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to lead IT sourcing initiatives, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, Security and business leaders to optimize costs and manage risk.

You will drive RFIs, RFPs, supplier negotiations, and governance, delivering measurable cost savings, and supporting budgeting with market intelligence. This remote role offers home-based work in MN with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement with IT focus.
• Experience sourcing software, SaaS, cloud, hardware, cybersecurity, and IT services.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, and supplier selections.
• Negotiate contracts, licensing terms, and SLAs for optimal outcomes.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and governance mechanisms.
• Support budgeting with market intelligence, cost projections, and sourcing recommendations.
• Identify cost savings, avoidance, and value improvements across IT spend.
