Toppan Merrill is seeking a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to lead IT spend across software, services, hardware, and cloud. You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to deliver value, optimize costs, and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, and IT services.
• Strong analytical, financial, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT sourcing and category management strategies.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection.
• Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Information Security and other stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence, cost projections, and sourcing recommendations.
• Prepare executive reports, business cases, and project updates.
