Toppan Merrill LLC is seeking a strategic IT Sourcing & Procurement Category Manager to lead sourcing strategies across software, cloud services, hardware, and related IT services. You will partner with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leaders to drive value, optimize costs, mitigate risk, and support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain/related field.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement with IT focus.
• Experience sourcing software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and IT services.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies aligning with business goals.
• Analyze category spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, and requirements to identify opportunities.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection processes.
• Advise IT leadership and stakeholders on procurement strategies, contracts, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to align procurement with priorities and compliance.
• Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, licensing terms, and SLAs.
• Manage supplier relationships and governance to monitor performance and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with market insights and cost projections.
• Identify cost savings, avoidance, and value creation across IT spend.
