Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Director of Product Design Operations to lead Product Ops within the Product & Design Operations team. You will set the operating rhythms, tools, and governance for HW/SW programs, partnering with senior leaders to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum.

You will build scalable processes for intake, planning, portfolio visibility, and automation, including AI-enabled improvements. This hybrid SF role emphasizes strategic leadership and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Operations or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead Product Operations for HW/SW teams.
• Experience with portfolio planning, headcount and budget management.
• Strong strategic thinking and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Set operational strategy and priorities for Product Design Operations.
• Lead the Product Operating Model and cross-functional intake/planning.
• Manage portfolio visibility, resources and budgets.
• Develop scalable systems to route customer feedback to Product teams.
• Lead Product Design Producer team on complex programs.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional forums.
