Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) Office of the CIO (OCIO) PMO seeks a Manager to apply leading program and project management practices for major internal technology programs. You will work with Business Portfolio Leads to ensure successful delivery and portfolio visibility across the DT-US organization.

The role covers end-to-end project lifecycle management, risk and issue governance, and collaboration across project teams and service areas to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant Project/Program Management experience.
• 3+ years of SAFe/Agile project leadership and implementation.
• 1+ year of people management experience overseeing PMs and coordinators.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management (planning, forecasting, budgeting).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Admin or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio financial reporting including budget tracking and forecasting.
• Drive cross-functional teams for high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Lead and manage end-to-end lifecycle of large IT projects, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain detailed program master schedules and dashboards.
• Mentor PMO team members and offshore resources; provide coaching and feedback.
• Prepare audience-specific communications and reports for sponsors and leadership.
