Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) Office of the CIO PMO seeks a Manager to drive delivery of large, complex IT programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage portfolios, and align initiatives with technology strategy. The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

You will guide project lifecycles from planning to delivery, mentor PMO staff, and support scalable practices across DT-US. This is primarily remote with optional Deloitte office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project/Program Management experience on large, cross-functional IT initiatives using PMBOK/Prince2.
• 3+ years of SAFe/Agile project leadership including business case development and implementation planning.
• 1+ year of people management experience overseeing PMs and coordinators.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 0-10%; role predominantly remote with option to work from Deloitte office.
• Proficient in MS Project / MS Project Server.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and spend-to-plan reporting.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Lead risk/issue management, escalation and remediation plans across projects within assigned programs.
• Oversee end-to-end IT projects including software, infrastructure, cloud migrations, and data migrations.
• Develop strong business knowledge of assigned portfolios and stakeholders.
• Coordinate resources and timelines across teams to deliver milestones on schedule and within budget.
• Provide governance, dashboards, and audience-specific communications for sponsors and leadership.
• Mentor PMO junior resources and offshore teams; ensure adherence to PMO processes.
